XII Annual Conference “Operational Resilience And Operational Risk Management Op|Risk|2024” was held in Ukraine on February 29, 2024, in Online format.

The purpose of the Conference was to share the experience of banks and financial companies of Ukraine in overcoming the challenges of operational resilience, ensuring their continuous activity and managing operational risks.

Among its major topics –

• How does the financial sector of Ukraine overcome the challenges of operational resilience?
• How to ensure business continuity after the Kyivstar incident?
• How is ICAAP implemented for operational risks?
• What are the prospects for compensation for war losses?

The speakers of the Conference were the senior managers of the NBU and leading banks, financial and insurance companies of Ukraine.

The conference gathered more than 100 participants – senior managers of the National Bank of Ukraine, members of Supervisory Boards and Management Boards, CROs, COOs, managers of Risk, Operations, Cybersecurity, Compliance and Internal Audit of leading banks of Ukraine, representatives of the IMF and other international organizations.

The working languages of the Conference are Ukrainian and English with simultaneous interpretation.
