Our 25th Anniversary with Profit|Risk|2025 Conference (November 7, 2025)

On November 7, 2025, Extra Consulting proudly celebrated its 25th anniversary by hosting its flagship XXII Annual Conference “Profitability and Risk Management Profit|Risk|2025”.

The objective of the Conference was to discuss challenges and strategies in Profitability, Risk, and Capital planning by Ukrainian banks.

The speakers of the Conference are senior managers of the NBU, and leading Ukrainian and international banks.

The conference brought together 160 participants – directors and managers of the NBU, members of the Supervisory Boards and Management Boards, CROs, CFOs, CCOs, directors and managers of Risks, Finance, Treasury, Compliance, Internal Audit of leading banks in Ukraine, as well as representatives of the IMF and international experts.

The conference was held In-Person in Kyiv, Ukraine, and Online.

The working languages of the Conference are Ukrainian and English (simultaneous interpretation).
