Credit|Risk|2025 [Retail] Conference (June 24, 2025)

The XX Annual Conference “Lending and Credit Risk Management of Retail Clients Credit|Risk|2025 [Retail]” was held on June 24, 2025 in Ukraine, in person and online.

The purpose of the Conference was to exchange experience in assessing the challenges and prospects for the development of Retail Lending in Ukraine and managing the Credit Risk of private individuals using innovations, in particular, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

• How will macro trends affect Retail Lending in Ukraine?

• How to manage the Credit Risk for private individuals?

• How do AI and ML help in Retail Lending and Collection?

The conference speakers were senior executives of the National Bank of Ukraine, leading international and Ukrainian banks, and fintech companies.

The conference brought together 110 participants – heads of the NBU, members of the Supervisory Boards and Management Boards, CRO, CCO, heads and managers of Corporate and Retail Business, Risks, Treasury, Compliance, Internal Audit of leading banks and companies in Ukraine.
