The XX Annual Conference “Lending and Credit Risk Management of Retail Clients Credit|Risk|2025 [Retail]” was held on June 24, 2025 in Ukraine, in person and online.

The purpose of the Conference was to exchange experience in assessing the challenges and prospects for the development of retail lending in Ukraine and managing the credit risk of individuals using innovations, in particular, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models.

The XIII Annual Conference “Operational Resilience And Operational Risk Management Op|Risk|2025” was held in Ukraine on March 7, 2025.

The purpose of the Conference was to exchange the experience of Ukrainian banks in overcoming the challenges of operational resilience, improving their business continuity, and managing operational risks.
